– to study the basics of natural and social sciences enabling to understand processes going on in the environment;
– to acquire theoretic courses of environmental science in all the sub-branches of the environmental science;
– to acquire the basics of the applied geography and environmental science and the relevant practical skills;
– to master practical skills of field research work;
– to acquire research methods in sub-branches of environmental science (environmental chemistry and ecotoxicology, environment governance, environment protection, geography of environment and planning) by engaging in independent studies (not less than 10 weeks or for the amount of 10 credit points) in a selected sub-branch of environmental science and present the result in a Bachelor’ thesis.
