1. Carry out sterilization of equipment and communications related to the aseptic part of the process.
2. Prepare sterile air for substrate biotechnological processes.
3. Analyze biochemical indicators of products according to the instructions and standards.
4. Carry out biotechnological and microbiological testing in accordance with the instructions and standards.
5. Read measurements, calculate, process and select testing results.
6. Organize and provide inoculum preparation and conservation procedure.
7. Carry out production fermentation of biologically active substance producer.
8. Carry out operations with automatic fermentation process control equipment and systems, and computerized process accounting programs.
9. Organize and carry out separation of the biomass from the liquid and separation and treatment of biologically active substances, where necessary.
10. Be able to handle substrate preparation and sterilization equipment.

2. Ability to organize preparation of sterile air for substrate (medium) biotechnological processes.
3. Ability to organize and carry out biochemical and microbiological testing and to collect and process the results.
4. Ability to organize and carry out appropriate substrate preparation and sterilization.
5. Ability to organize and carry out cultivation and preservation of inoculum.
6. Ability to prepare conditions necessary to perform fermentation.
7. Ability to organize, manage and provide production fermentation of biologically active substance producer.
8. Ability to work with automatic fermentation process control equipment and systems, and computerized process accounting programs.
9. Ability to organize removal of biomass from the technological process and removal and treatment of fermentation products.
